Hello, fellow campaigners of the writing world! My name is A. F. Kopp and today I have reached a milestone on my writing journey that I never thought I would reach–I am getting my book edited!
Tonight, I just finished lightly editing the 4th draft of my novel (from notes I took after reading through it). My original plan was to edit it and then approach an editor, but as I was researching, one looked promising and I queried, so I had a contract figured out within a week. So… yeah. I’m getting my book edited! 6.5-year-old me would be ecstatic! Though I’m sure I am not going the traditional route of publishing, this is still an exciting adventure which I hope to keep you all updated on.
I found a company run by two Christian young women, and I am excited to work with them. I don’t have much information to share as of yet, but I will try to be more active on my blog. I have been quite absent!
Fun fact: A year ago today I finished Draft 2! Time sure flies!
